You'll Have to Do Harder Work This happens every once in awhile, and is what we call in fitness world a "plateau". In order to make progress you have to work harder. Some people are very willing to accept this, others will say that it does not apply, and still others will tell you to work out more but they don't want to do the hard work. 7. You're Getting Worse and Worse We say that the goal of getting stronger is to become a world class athlete, and the more time you have to train the faster and stronger you'll be! This is true, but the fact is that the better you get, the more time you have to build strength. In fact, the strength you start by doing will only get really good over time. 8. You Can't Stick To Your Program Some people say they can't stick to their new workout program, but I do not believe that is true. You have to stay consistent with your plan, and if you just don't have the will power to do it, you might have to modify it a bit. 9.
