The page is a great resource including the basics of what mindfulness is, how to do it, etc. Several offerings are pre-recorded and can be listened to for free.

10 % Happier - This series of meditations, podcasts and lectures is a fantastic way to stay calm when things are stressful  is offering free guided meditations from March 23-May 1 Monday-Friday at a number of different times.  All are free.  Access them here
