About the event
Group will meet for two consecutive Sundays - April 11 and April 18.
This event aims to serve as an opportunity for reflection, community, and inquiry of what it means to not only experience gratitude in an embodied way, but to live that gratitude to the fullest in the world today. During our time together, we will use Kristi Nelson's inspiring guidelines in Wake Up Grateful to reflect on what it means to find gratefulness in life, on life's terms. There will be an opportunity for contemplative practice, journaling if desired, and lively discussion on ways we can bring Nelson's wisdom practices to life, a gift we give not only to ourselves, but to all with whom we cross paths. This book offers compelling and uplifting reminders that can be revisited time and time again.
