About the event
The Real Happiness Challenge is a 28-day exploration of the tools of meditation led by expert teacher Sharon Salzberg. The program is based on Sharon's New York Times bestselling book, Real Happiness, in honor of the ten-year anniversary of the book, and covers a broad spectrum of techniques to give you the tools to live with greater ease and joy.
Weekly sessions at RJ Julia Booksellers will allow a check-in with wellness advocate and meditation practitioner Kate McGetrick, LMFT, for guided discussions around each week’s theme. Questions may be posed and sharing experiences is welcome while listening and engaging with the daily work in your individual way is encouraged.
